FAQs
What will this cost?
Talent Elite Group is both a Contingent & Retained search firm. Adjusting to suit the needs of our diverse client base. In short, searches are negotiated based on the specific requirements and range between 25% - 30% of first years salary.
How long will this take?
For most searches, we would strive to get the first. batch of candidates in front of you within the first 72 hours - depending on the complexity/specificity of the requested background, timeline may vary. Beyond that, the pace will be largely dependent a clients ability/availability for interviews and moving the process forward. (Need to hire quickly? Consider a temp to hire scenario!)
What is Temp to Hire?
In a temp to hire scenario, due to a pressing need on your team and or looming deadlines, we would source for you the best possible temporary & readily available consultant who would also be open to a conversion to a permanent employee down the road, assuming both sides like the fit. This model is most useful in filling a permanent headcount without a long, drawn out direct hire interview process + 2 weeks’ notice etc. Interviews will often be shorter or even non existent, simply selecting the best presented candidate and getting them in the seat to start performing and winning the job.
